The standard
Claims fail on one sentence.
The VA does not need certainty. It needs a qualified physician to say that the connection between your condition and your service is at least as likely as not — a 50 percent probability or better. Most denied claims have the diagnosis and the service history. What they are missing is someone qualified to write that sentence and explain why it is true.

Before you ever speak, a licensed physician reviews everything and decides whether the evidence can support a favourable opinion.

Meet your physician
A real consultation, not a form. You explain what the records cannot, and the physician asks what they need to write a credible opinion.

Receive your signed letter
Your physician writes and signs the opinion. Pay the balance and download it — it stays in your account permanently.
Medical independence
We will tell you no.
Our physicians are not paid to reach a conclusion. If your records do not support a favourable opinion, they will say so, explain why, and tell you what evidence would change the answer. You are not charged the balance in that case.
A letter bought from someone who would have written it regardless is worth very little to an adjudicator who reads these every day. The willingness to decline is what makes the opinion credible when it is favourable.

Your records
Handled the way medical records should be
You are sending us your service treatment records and your medical history. Here is exactly what happens to them.
Encrypted end to end
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Clinical notes and your intake answers are encrypted a second time by the application, so they are unreadable even with direct database access.
Seen only by your physician
Access is restricted to you, the physician assigned to your case, and the administrators who support it. Every file access is logged with who opened it and when.
Never sold, never shared
We do not sell your information, share it with claims agents, or use it for advertising. It is used to write your opinion and for nothing else.
A note on HIPAA. As a private company providing independent medical opinions, we are not a HIPAA covered entity in most of what we do. We hold your records to the same standards anyway — encryption, access controls, audit logging, and a minimum-necessary rule — because that is the right way to treat this information regardless of which statute applies.
